excellent experience
excellent facilities relaxing element superb amenities
i appreciated the excellent facilities provided! the hotel boasts well-equipped meeting spaces, perfect for conducting business. its proximity to the beach adds a relaxing element, improved with superb amenities. i liked the easy access to other bars and the convenience of getting on and off the palm.
the elevators made a loud beeping noise frequently, i found this disturbing when trying to sleep.

The room included a king bed and a sofa bed. it also featured a private balcony. Direct beach access was provided. access to the kids club was another great addition.

The hotel offered various restaurants with diverse cuisines. the buffet presented many options. Everyone could find something suitable. the italian and mexican restaurants stood out as particular highlights.

The staff always acted friendly and helpful . guest relations were very attentive to requests. the valet team was efficient. They offered great support to all guests.

The staff were lovely and approachable. i found the breakfast choice in the lounge access option great. the pools were also great. I always found a sun lounger available.
the beeping of the elevators disturbed my sleep. i noticed several broken and lifted tiles around the pool area. the restaurant service was slow (it took some time to get served).

Really good Hospitality and Service!
helpful porters early check-in luggage assistance prompt taxi arrangement
The service was perfect. The porters were helpful. They assisted with luggage and arranged taxis promptly. I arrived early and appreciated that my room was ready. This allowed my child to rest immediately.
I did notice that the main pool area was quite crowded, something to consider during peak times.

The hotel has easy access to several malls offering diverse food choices. Foot access to these malls takes only a few minutes. Many options exist besides the hotel offerings.

The staff members are friendly and helpful, and they always have a positive attitude. The hotel has multiple restaurants and a buffet, providing various options for dining. The staff provided service with really good efficiency.

i was impressed by the staff's consistent attention they remembered my name and preferences. the room was very clean with modern amenities. i particularly enjoyed the easy access to both the beach and the promenade.
the main pool area became crowded quickly in the afternoons.
